Grand Hotel Palladium Munich

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always went the extra mile to fulfill our requests. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a lovely porch where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and seemed like home. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the cleanliness was really good. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway station.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a quiet area was perfect for us, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, being very close to a Subway station made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The spacious room was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the various facilities available, such as the spa & wellness center and the sun terrace, which added an extra touch of relaxation to our experience.

Families will definitely enjoy their time at this hotel.

During my recent stay at the Grand Hotel Palladium, I encountered a small issue with the staff that could easily be addressed with some training. After a long day of exploring the city, I returned to find that my room had not been serviced. I called the front desk to inform them, and they promptly sent someone to address the issue. Although it took a bit longer than I expected, the housekeeping staff eventually arrived and diligently cleaned my room. While this slight hiccup was a minor inconvenience, it did not overshadow the other positive aspects of my stay. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for accessing various parts of the city via public transportation.

The newly renovated hotel is clean and fresh. The friendly staff and great breakfast made our stay enjoyable. Convenient metro access and nearby amenities like restaurants and supermarkets added to the convenience.

Almost perfect.

Friendly staff, efficient cleaning, blackout curtains, close to U-Bahn. Good location, comfy and clean room, expected breakfast. Exceptional service and memorable New Year's celebration at the restaurant. Near U-Bahn, spotless and well-furnished rooms, beautiful bathroom, pleasant stay.

The room and bathroom were clean, and I appreciated having a socket next to the bed for charging my phone. The hotel also provided an extra bed with a baby crib, a great convenience for my family. the sauna in the basement was clean and a nice bonus for relaxation.

There were a couple of downsides. the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and the staff didn't seem very helpful in addressing the issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Machtlfinger Strasse subway station, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. It is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and excellent ventilation. The staff provides friendly and helpful service, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast options are extensive, with a great choice of food, and the espresso machine ensures a great cup of coffee to start the day.

The Italian restaurant could improve the quality of their food.
